📍Please send your complete and accurate address so that parcel don’t get misplaced. If your address is of school, college or hospitals, then please ask the staff beforehand so that parcel don’t get mishandled or misplaced when delivered. 
🚨 If parcel returns due to issue from your side then you have to pay delivery charges 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 to be dispatched again, please keep in mind that order will not be cancelled. 
🔔 All of our products are available on advance payment only via bank or jazz cash/ easy paisa (delivery time is 3-4 working days in this case after receiving the payment, delivery time depends on city too). 
“After transferring the payment, please send receipt or screenshot proof via Instagram, email or on our Facebook page with your order number.
🔔 Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available to new clients for orders less than 10,000 PKR but lead time for delivery is 7-10 working days, for COD orders. 
🔔 Once you receive your order, please inform us. Or if you don’t receive within this timeframe and believe it may have been received by neighbors or household staff or security guard then please check with them first. Afterwards, please contact us immediately. 
🥺 We regret to inform you that we will be unable to address complaints that are older than 24 hours after receiving (it will be tracked online), as per courier company’s policy. So please be vigilant from your end too, as in Pakistan some things are not in our control too though we use 𝐓𝐂𝐒 to deliver the packages.

🚨Any complaints of damaged, leaked or broken product (not outer packaging) during shipping, will be catered within 12 hours of receiving your order with unboxing VIDEO proof. Company will take next 24 hours in investigating the complaint before making final decision. And if it turns out to be problem at our end then the Client 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 to get refund, if the complaint turns out genuine. (Please note, we don’t have pickup service; so you have to cooperate & send us back first as we are dealing from South Korea).
🚨Please note the product packaging can get slightly pressed or crumpled in shipping process as product is coming from South Korea, product covers long distance from Korea to Pakistan to reach at your doorstep. 


🚨Product can ONLY be replaced or returned if it is damaged or broken while shipping, if claimed within 6 hours of receiving.
Please understand, no claim for outer damaged packaging can be catered as some of the issues are not in our control, it also depends on the handling by courier service, however to avoid this; we have chosen TCS, the best Courier service in Pakistan. 


🚨 Please keep in mind that we 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 cater requests for exchange or refund due to simple change of mind but if the case is genuine then it must be informed to us within 6 hours of delivery time. 


🚨We reserve full rights to refuse our services to any of the client without assigning any reason.
