When your parcel is in dispatch process, you will get booking message by the courier service soon on the given number, provided from your side. Please provide active phone number and make sure it will be active as courier company might contact you. 
In most cases, your parcel is scheduled to arrive IA within next 2-3 business days or max by 3-4 business days.
✅ Once received, please inform us. If you do not receive your parcel within this timeframe and believe it may have been received by neighbors or household staff or security guard then please check with them first. Afterwards, please contact us immediately. 
🥺 We regret to inform you that we will be unable to address complaints that are older than 24 hours after receiving (it will be tracked online), as per courier company’s policy.

🚨Any complaints of damaged, leaked or broken product (not outer packaging) during shipping, will be catered within 12 hours of receiving your order with unboxing VIDEO proof. Company will take next 24 hours in investigating the complaint before making final decision. And if it turns out to be problem at our end then the Client 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 to get refund, if the complaint turns out genuine. (Please note, we don’t have pickup service; so you have to cooperate & send us back first). 

🚨Please note the product packaging can get slightly pressed or crumpled in shipping process as product is coming from South Korea, product covers long distance from Korea to Pakistan to reach at your doorstep. 


🚨Product can ONLY be replaced or returned if it is damaged or broken while shipping, if claimed within 12 hours of receiving. (Please understand, no claim for outer damaged packaging can be catered as some of the issues are not in our hands, it also depends on the handling by courier service, however to avoid this; we have chosen TCS, the best Courier service in Pakistan).
